Current Rates for Services
The session fee includes the indirect service time and costs associated with serving the client.
There are no extra fees charged to the client for these indirect services: driving to the client's location, planning goals and musical experiences, documenting progress, using musical equipment during sessions, and consulting with members of the care team.
60 minutes - $130
45 minutes - $97.50
30 minutes - $65
Formal written assessment report (if requested) - $75
Clinical supervision session for music therapists (50 minutes phone or virtual) - $60
Negotiated rates for the following services:
Clinical music therapy groups
Classes or workshops (non-clinical)
Professional presentations or public speaking
Per diem subcontracting
Consulting

Payment Information
All services are private pay, as we are not able to bill insurance at this time.
Proof of payment is provided to clients and special billing statements can be created if clients choose to submit to a third party for reimbursement.
Payment is expected at time of service. We accept check or credit card.
Client's are encouraged to maintain an account using our client portal through JaneApp.
